Terms and Conditions

We ship items that conform to the examples we display on our website and in our physical locations. Our products are all handmade and may be manufactured from reclaimed products and/or given a weathered look and may contain minimal variations and imperfections, including size, color and/or scratches. Colors will always vary from piece to piece. Special colors/patterns for specific items may be requested but will require a minimum of two weeks. Colors will be replicated but two pieces will never be the same. Website Images - The colors of items that you receive in your order may not be the same as the items that you see in our website. Colors variations will always be present with our items. If you require specific colors please notify us via email so we can pick the colors of the items.
Gmex Imports accepts orders via our websites, e-mail to contact@galtonwholesale.com or via fax to 956-753-3129. Phone orders are accepted but customer must have order ready with item numbers and quantities ready. Our terms and conditions apply to all orders no exceptions. Cancelled order will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee, this will be taken from the upfront received to process order. The balance will be credited back via check. Our minimum order for initial orders is $1,000; Re-orders is $500 worth of merchandise. Orders will not be processed until upfront is received. We may provide an approximate estimate of what is in-stock but changes may occur from the initial product in-stock estimate to actual order being taken out. Changes to orders are only acceptable before we begin the process of packing/loading an order. Gmex Imports reserves the right to initiate the process of packing at its own discretion. Orders can be placed directly in our main warehouse but a minimum purchase of $3,000 is required. Appointments are required to place orders directly with us.
We do not offer any terms, all shipments must be paid in full before shipments are shipped. We require a 50% upfront from total order value to start processing an order. Credit card will be filed until order is shipped. Credit card will be charged for merchandise ready to ship and for shipment costs. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Company checks and wire transfers are also accepted, fees for bounced checks is $30 and wire transfers there is a $25 fee. Unfortunately, payments done by check, we will hold order until check has been cleared by bank.
Shipping costs depend on order volume, weight and area shipping to. Shipping cost will be invoiced with order. Orders may not be cancelled if in transit. If any order is refused at the time of delivery, consignee (customer) is responsible for any re-delivery, storage and/or ship back or any other fees incurred from refusing delivery. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for refused shipments. Shipping is done by third-party companies; we are not responsible for any delays for orders in-transit. Please let us know in advance if you need an order to arrive before a specific date. Always verify that shipping information is current and/or correct, fees apply for any corrections done to shipments in-transit. We do not ship via FedEx or UPS, All orders are shipped palletized. Any special shipping requests must be made at the time of order is made. If you require any of these or any other special requests for delivery please contact us for more information. If consignee(customer) requests additional services directly with freight company; Gmex Imports will automatically bill the credit card that was provided for order. The following request might incur fees(which vary depending on company) by certain freight companies;
• Lift gate - $75.00
• Appointment/Call before delivery - $20.00
• Inside delivery - $75.00
• Limited access at delivery - $75.00
• Residential areas - $75.00
If pallet(s) look like they have been damaged make sure to specify in the delivery receipt and specify visible damage in pallet. Gmex Imports is not responsible for damages done during transit; however we will do a damage claim directly with the freight company and will give any credit that is received by the freight company. All damage claims must be received within 5 days of merchandise delivery, we will automatically decline any claims after that period. Take pictures of the pallet in the way it was received. If product has welds that are off we will cover up $50 credit for welding. No credits will be given for scratched product. We will require individual images of the damaged product and description of damage. All credits approved will be applied towards next order. Pottery is inspected before building any order; Gmex will cover 50% of pottery cost and split the difference with customer. No credits are applied for freight.
All information collected by us through our website is solely used by us. Only we have access to information provided by our customers. We will not sell, share or trade customer information. We may share information with third party providers like freight companies. Credit card information will never be archived, unless otherwise noted by customer in writing.
We will always try to maintain the best pricing available to our customers. We reserve the right to change pricing for any of our lines without prior notice. We reserve the right to change any prices that have been mistakenly added to our website.

Any special arrangement and/or modifications to our terms of service between Gmex Imports and a customer must be done in writing.
